We operate with an equal opportunities policy and an experienced qualified team leader staff runs our club, with the assistance of play workers and nursery assistants.

We have rules in our club to encourage the children to take care of the property and environment, and to be considerate towards their friends.

We will inform parents of any displays of unwanted behaviour, and we will discourage racism, bullying, swearing and unkindness.

We will monitor the children using the computers to ensure they are not playing violent games or visiting unsuitable websites. All the computers have internet restrictions in place and children are only able to access sites suitable for young children, they are also unable to enter any type of chat room.

** All Medication must be brought to the attention of the staff and a medical consent form will need to be signed **

Registration: There is a registration form to complete and a deposit payment of £25.00 is required to secure your child’s place. We will refund this deposit if we receive four weeks written notice, when you wish to leave us.
Fees are payable in advance weekly or monthly, preferably by cheque.
