At Clockwork we believe that our staff are our greatest asset. We provide a friendly, supportive and learning environment where staff can develop best practice together, through training and development and in turn provide the highest quality of care to all our children and families.    

As an Investor in People we are comitted to the development of our staff and have a emphasis on ensuring we create the right skill mix within our team.  We achieve this through NVQ/Diploma training as well as through continuous professional development with training needs identified through our termly training plans.   

As well as a competitive salary our staff are offered promotion opportunities as well as bonus schemes for training and employee of the month.     

All our staff are trained to a minimum of a Level 2 in 'Children's Care, Learning & Development', with many staff having achieved their Level 3. Our Manager and Deputy Manager both hold a Level 4 childcare qualification as well as a Foundation Degree in Early Years with a comittment to attaining the 'Early Years Professional' status.   All our Senior staff hold a Level 3 or 4 qualification with some also studying for their Foundation Degree in early years.

All our staff are recruited using a thorough selection process and must have an enhanced clearance from the Criminal Records Bureau before commencing employment.  New staff have to complete a comprehensive induction which introduces them to the Company's ethos, policies and procedures.
