Our Toddler room accomodates up to 12 children aged from around 18 to 24 months old. This is the age where children are really starting to explore their environment, needing more space to move around and start to enjoy varying experiences and challenges. 

Our highly skilled and trained staff team provide a caring, nurturing and fun approach to learning.  We have purpose built furniture which hold our resources and equipment ensuring that they are available to the children at all times.

The room has many areas including sand and water play, small world and construction as well as a mark making and creative area. There is also a role play area in the home corner where children can play and act out activities using their imagination. Children also enjoy sensory experiences and messy play as well as making sounds with the musical instruments. 

Free flow access to a dedicated outdoor area means the children can choose where they would like to play. Outside there are opportunties to climb and slide and play in the outdoor house. There are mirrors and chalkboards to enable children to express themselves. 

Staff will observe children as they learn through play and have fun whilst encouraging and supporting them to reach their full potential.
