Here at Clockwork it is really important for us to have strong partnerships with our parents. We believe that we, as a nursery team should work in conjunction with parents to provide the very best care that is centred wholly on their child and their individual needs. We welcome and encourage parental involvement in many ways. These include regular 'Parent Forums' on various themes or topics, as well as holding 'Parent Weeks' where parents are invited in to share an activity within their child's room. We also hold termly 'Parent Partnership Review' meetings where we discuss your child's development with you and explore your child's Learning Journey folder.         

In accordance with our 'Customer Care' policy we aim to provide a warm, friendly enironment for all our families and visitors and we are always approachable for them to voice any concerns or thoughts they may have. We really value feedback from our parents in order for us to improve our services and regularly conduct 'Parental Surveys' as well as having a 'Comments and Suggestions' box within our reception area.
